On this night the York Region Blues faced a very young and talented team. With somewhat of a full bench the Blues knew that they had to play smart in order to come out of this one with two points. The York Region Blues opened up the spring season vs. the Dovercourt Chargers 1981. The Chargers didn't take long to capitalize on the first goal when Mike Martellacci got a 2 minute minor for hooking in the opening minute of the game. |
